1. Order Cancellation Eligibility
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- The cancellation request is made before the order is shipped.
- The order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time without prior notification.
An order cannot be canceled in the following cases:
- If the product has already been shipped or dispatched.
- If the order contains customized or pre-ordered items.
2. How to Cancel an Order

3. Refund for Canceled Orders
- If you cancel before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
- If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return (if eligible) after receiving the product.
4. Seller-Initiated Cancellations
Shiraah Bangladesh reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
- The product is out of stock.
- Payment verification fails or is suspected to be fraudulent.

১. অর্ডার বাতিলের যোগ্যতা
আপনি নিম্নলিখিত শর্তে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন:
- যদি অর্ডার শিপিংয়ের আগে বাতিলের অনুরোধ করা হয়।
- যদি ডেলিভারি নির্ধারিত সময়ের বেশি দেরি হয় এবং আমরা আপনাকে আগে থেকে জানাইনি।
অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে না নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে:
- যদি পণ্যটি ইতোমধ্যে শিপিং বা পাঠানো হয়ে থাকে।

২. কিভাবে অর্ডার বাতিল করবেন
অর্ডার বাতিল করতে নিম্নলিখিত ধাপ অনুসরণ করুন:
- admin@shiraah.com এ দ্রুত আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন এবং অর্ডার আইডি প্রদান করুন।
- আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম আপনার অনুরোধ পর্যালোচনা করবে এবং বাতিলকরণ নিশ্চিত করবে।
- অনুমোদিত হলে, রিফান্ড আমাদের রিফান্ড নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী প্রদান করা হবে।
৩. বাতিল করা অর্ডারের রিফান্ড
- শিপিংয়ের আগে বাতিল করা হলে, সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
- যদি অর্ডার ইতোমধ্যে শিপিং হয়ে যায়, তাহলে বাতিল করা সম্ভব নয়। তবে, আপনি (যোগ্য হলে) রিটার্নের জন্য অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।
৪. বিক্রেতার (Shiraah Bangladesh) দ্বারা বাতিলকরণ
Shiraah Bangladesh নিম্নলিখিত কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে:
- পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে।
- পেমেন্ট যাচাই ব্যর্থ হলে বা প্রতারণামূলক লেনদেন সন্দেহ হলে।
- অনিবার্য কারণে অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করা সম্ভব না হলে।
আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে অর্ডার বাতিল হলে, সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
